What to do: Ring 1300 766 491. Counsellors are trained to work with men who recognise they have a problem. They can refer to men's behaviour change programs in the Mallee region and work alongside MDAS.

If you've used violence and want to stop, ringing is the first step. No judgement, no reporting to police for past behaviour. Mens's behaviour change programs are available in the Mallee β€” ask the referral service or MDAS.
