How to access this service
Who can use it: NDIS participants and people applying for NDIS
What to do: Call the LAC line to book a free appointment. They'll come to you — home visits and outreach to Swan Hill / Robinvale are standard. Ask for an Aboriginal Access Coordinator if you'd prefer culturally safe support.
LAC workers are free and their job is to make NDIS usable. If your plan feels wrong, hasn’t been spent, or you can’t find providers, ring them. They can also help if you’ve been rejected and want to appeal.
